A dry mount press is a table-top, heat-activated press that utilizes even heat and pressure to mount, laminate and texture (for example) photographic prints on boards up to 1″ thick. Dry mount tissue, consisting of thin sheet of paper impregnated with heat activated adhesive, is used to mount photos or other media to foam core or heavy poster board.
